JOB Title — Family Medicine Provider
Job Description
Christian Health Clinic is looking to hire a full-time Physician as we expand and continually seek to eradicate health disparities in our community. As a member of the Ministry Team, our Physicians provide primary care for pediatric and adult patients suffering from acute and chronic illnesses. Providers typically see 15 - 20 patients in a full day and 8 - 10 patients per half day.

Approximately 60% of patient panel Medicaid or Medicare

JOB Qualifications Education, Skills, & Experience
Committed follower of Jesus willing to live in the community
Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathy, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant licensed to practice in Oklahoma
Appropriate board certification and licensure prior to start date of employment
Commitment to the mission and values of organization
Passion for working with low-income, diverse population
Willingness to engage with students/residents on rotations
Desire and skills to care for pediatric and adult patients, a full range of primary care
Comfort with prenatal care through first 2 trimesters
