Job Title - Medical Director
Job Description·
The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring the provision of quality clinical services delivered by the staff of the health center in addition to their individual clinical duties related to patient care.
This involves supervising the Director of Nursing as well as the Physician Site Lead at each location.
The Medical Director will be responsible for the hiring and training of all physician and APPs.
JOB Qualifications Education, Skills, & Experience
A certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) or licensed physician with current licensure to practice professional medicine in the state of Alabama required.
Prefer a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience including three (3) years in a managerial role in a healthcare environment; preferably a community health center.
