Job Title — Family Nurse Practitioner
Job Description
Our organization is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice. They will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients.
To qualify, candidates should be able to effectively communicate in both oral and written form, be patient centered, and motivated with a high degree of accountability and follow through.
Job Qualifications Education, Skills, and Experience
Licensed Registered Nurse and Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
Active DEA required
Registered Nursing degree and a relevant Master’s degree plus 2 years relevant work experience is required
Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
