Overview
Our Christian Health Services opened its doors in 2014 with the mission to share the love of Christ by providing high quality medical and behavioral healthcare. We were founded by a network of churches across our city that pooled resources together to show love for their neighbors in a tangible way. We have entered into several underserved communities around our area and currently operate out of six locations. Our team believes in providing the highest level of medical, behavioral, and spiritual care to all of our patients regardless of their income level or insurance status. In 2019 , we became a Federally Qualified Health Center and this step has allowed us to expand services and locations to better care for our communities. We hope you will consider joining our team.

Job Description
Associate Director of Behavioral Services. This position requires an advanced practice nurse provider who possesses a certification in Behavioral Health Services. The qualified applicant will provide oversight of the Behavioral Health Department as well as seeing patients (2 days a week of administrative time and 3 days a week providing patient care).
