Overview

Our clinic transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual at a time. We are focused on whole-person wellness, available to ALL in Central Ohio who need it, regardless of ability to pay! In 2019 alone, we served over 12,000 patients - with 40% being uninsured - and totaled 50,000+ medical encounters! Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral health care, 340B pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.

Job Title — Chief Medical Officer

Job Description·  

We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer who will be responsible for the supervision and evaluation of medical practitioners; scheduling practitioners and insuring coverage for patients; and maintaining quality of medical care and for quality assessment.   • Supervision of physicians and clinical staff

  • Clinical Protocol Development / Health Care Plan

  • Clinical Computer Development
    Maintains and insures continuing linkages with secondary and tertiary care resources including consultants and clinical subcontracts.

  • Encourages team approach to patient care needs by cooperating with other staff in implementing holistic approach to health care.

  • Helps to set and monitor budget with CEO and CFO for medical programs.

Job Qualifications

 Education, Skills, and Experience   

  • M.D. Or D.O. Degree

  • Appropriate Board Certification or eligibility

  • Ohio Medical License

  • Current staff privileges at a local hospital
